Quality Assurance Qualification: B.Sc / B.Pharm Experience: 2–4 Years Key Responsibilities: Ensure implementation and compliance of site-wide Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with regulatory and internal requirements. Conduct Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA) reviews of laboratory documents and data. Perform regular in-process QA activities covering sterilization, dispensing, compounding, filling, vial sealing, external washing, visual inspection, labelling and packing. 🔹 2. Quality Control – Microbiology Qualification: M.Sc Microbiology Experience: 3–5 Years Key Responsibilities: Testing and method validations. Culture handling, water and bioburden testing. Raw material and BET testing. Testing of water, finished and stability samples. Autoclave and sterility testing. Observation of canisters. 🔹 3. Quality Control – Validations Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm Experience: 1–6 Years Key Responsibilities: Method transfer and method validations. Preparation and review of stability protocols. Preparation and review of analytical method transfer and analytical method validation protocols and reports. 🔹 4. Production Qualification & Experience: B.Sc / B.Pharm: 2–4 Years B.Sc / Diploma: 1–2 Years Key Responsibilities: Routine activities involving sterilization, dispensing, compounding and component preparation. GLR & TS operations. BPCR preparation and review. Filling, vial sealing and external washing.
