We are Hiring | Reporting & Data Specialist LOCATION: HYDERABAD ORGANIZATION: ANURAG UNIVERSITY Anurag University is looking for a Reporting & Data Specialist with strong Advanced Excel, data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding skills to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Collect, organize, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources. * Prepare accurate and timely management reports and analytical reports. * Create dynamic Excel dashboards and reporting formats. * Analyze trends, patterns, and key performance indicators. * Work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy and consistency. * Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error identification. * Automate repetitive reporting activities using Excel. * Develop data summaries and insights for management review. * Consolidate data from different departments and prepare meaningful reports. * Maintain reporting templates and continuously improve reporting processes. * Support various teams with data analysis and customized reports. REQUIRED SKILLS * Advanced MS Excel * Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts * XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP * INDEX-MATCH * SUMIFS / COUNTIFS * IF / IFERROR and other advanced Excel formulas * Conditional Formatting * Excel Dashboards * Data Cleaning and Data Validation * Data Analysis and Interpretation * Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills * Excellent Attention to Detail WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying patterns, building reports, and converting raw information into meaningful insights. Candidates from Reporting, Business Operations, Analytics, Data Management, Finance, HR Analytics, or similar data-intensive roles can apply. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION Graduate/Postgraduate in B.Com, BBA, MBA, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Applications, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
